who is jesus ??
Who is Jesus? Well to give a clear understanding of who Jesus is we must take a journey to where it all began! In the beginning God created Heaven and Earth (Gen 1:1). The Bible tells us He formed men in His image (Gen1:26). In doing so, God desired a relationship with mankind (Adam and Eve) and in His sovereignty, gave specific instructions for the possibility of a continued relationship. However, man being lured by the enemy of God (Satan), sin was introduced into the world (Genesis 3). An act that separated man from God (Sin means to miss the mark God desired). Yet, in His infinite love, He continued to pursue a relationship with man. Therefore He designed laws to reveal His standards for righteousness, which was also a guide to living a life pleasing to Him. Unfortunately, those laws were constantly broken due to man’s sinful nature. No law, prophecy or sign could have saved a dying world. God, seeing the state of humanity foreknew we needed a Savior. So, God the Father sent God the Son Jesus, (God wrapped Himself in flesh) to Earth with many endeavors, but ultimately to save our world.
Jesus life

The life of Jesus from birth to death can be found in the four Gospels of (Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John). Jesus was fully man and fully God. (Philippians 2:6-8)
Jesus came to give an imperfect people like you and I a chance to eternal life in Heaven. Being the Ultimate Guide on how to live a life that pleases God. His coming was an example of how much God loves and desires a relationship with us (John 3:16) That while man was content with living a life that leads to destruction, God decided to give us a chance to life in abundance (John 10:10). His coming was to undo and destroy the works of Satan and breaking the power of sin.

Jesus Death
The death of Jesus is a pivotal part of history, especially for believers. First, we must acknowledge the selflessness of this act. It was a choice to die (John 10:18). A decision made in love. Let’s understand why Jesus’ dying was of great importance. Before His death, the correct way to gain God’s forgiveness was by offering up sin sacrifices, which consist of sacrificing animals (Leviticus Chapter 4). Jesus became the Ultimate Sacrifice, offering up His life for our sins, making the need for animal sacrifices obsolete. This sacrifice of Jesus’s life put believers back in right standing with God since sin severed our relationship. (Romans 5:10). So today we are forgiven through the sacrfice of jesus lfe
JESUS RESURRECTION
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the central historical event in the Christian faith. It signifies the defeat of death, which no longer holds power over us because Christ conquered it. Through His death and resurrection, we are given a chance to everlasting life with God the Father. So, let’s break down the context of death here. Romans 6:23 tells us the wages of sin is death. In other words, the result of our sinful nature leads to death both physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Sin keeps us in bondage and in covenant with the devil (1John 3:8), furthermore it keeps us away from the eternal life God promises us. He calls us to a life of freedom outside of sin, through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. No matter how great life may look, there is no freedom in sin (John 8:34). Take note that it’s on us to accept Jesus Christ into our hearts and break free from our sinful nature through the power of Christ, so we can walk in communion with God.
OVERVIEW
Now let’s go back to the beginning of this summary. The world was introduced to sin by Satan and it separated us from God, but today we have access to eternal life through Jesus’ death and resurrection. We have access to salvation and forgiveness because Christ lives. When God looks at us, He sees the righteousness of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). Once we’ve accepted Jesus into our hearts we are no longer bound by sin, or shame. There is nothing we have done or can do that Jesus’ death and resurrection doesn’t atone for. Jesus’ selfless act serves as an example of devotion to God the Father. He will be returning one day to reward every man according to their works (Revelation 22:12)
FINALLY
Who is Jesus? Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World (John 3:17) the way the truth and life (John 14:6), Our Lord (Revelation 1:8). To sum it up Jesus Christ is everything we need. He will be what you need in every situation the only thing he asks for in return is your heart. He continues to invite us into relationship with him and most time we decline that invitation by living a life that does not honor him. He has been too good for a continuous heart break by the ones he loves the most. God loves you and wants your YES, He yearns for 100% percent surrender. The question is will you give it to him??? Maybe you have given him a Yes before but overtime it faded away he would love have your yes again.
Will you give JESUS your YES today?
